支持冯正虎先生回国回家权利
中国公民冯正虎先生，最近受到上海当局多次公然违反宪法、无理拒绝其入境的迫害。我们强烈谴责上海当局的这种荒唐、无耻和非法的行为，坚决支持冯正虎先生的这一合理合法的抗争。
冯正虎先生是中国公民，也是上海市民，持有中华人民共和国护照与国内的身份证，今年4月份刚刚出国来日本暂居。他是一介书生，一个留日回国的创业者，他完全有权回到自己的国家。中国是中国公民的国家，上海是上海市民的家乡，回国回家是中国人的天经地义，是人权国际公约、中国宪法法律都保障的基本人权。
冯正虎先生是知名的中国人权捍卫者、零八宪章签署人，在政治上没有推翻中共政权的言行，而是坚守中国的宪法法律。但是，上海当局为什么如此不顾法律和道义拒绝冯正虎先生回到自己的祖国呢？原因非常的简单，这就是冯正虎先生长期以来帮助其他上海市民依法维护自己的合法权利，坚定地反对上海地方政府的违法侵权行为。
冯正虎的捍卫人权活动得罪上海权贵，招致上海当局一直对冯正虎先生的合理合法诉求，错误地采取高压政策，对冯正虎先生进行威胁、利诱、骚扰、软禁、跟踪，甚至于非常绑架，进而发展成为今天的拒绝其回国，这种做法完全是在践踏宪法和法律的尊严，是非常荒唐的。我们强烈谴责上海当局的这种非法行为。
一个国民不能回国回家，这是中国的耻辱。而且，让海外华人、国内的公民都感到心寒。出国后会被随意禁止回国回家，这是对所有中国公民的威胁。中国是所有中国人的家，是大家的，怎么能容忍几个权贵的霸占。所以，这起事件引发全体中国人的公愤，也受到国际社会的谴责，大家都关心冯正虎的遭遇，这是每一中国人都有可能碰到的遭遇。
冯正虎先生为了反抗上海当局的迫害，维护国家与宪法的尊严，捍卫中国公民回国回家的自由权利，他正在坚持不懈地每周乘国际航班回国闯关。冯正虎的回国行动不仅需要勇气与体力，更需要财力的支援。为帮助冯正虎先生解决经济上的困难，我们呼吁各界人士慷慨解囊，捐助冯正虎先生，以实际行动支持冯正虎先生回国回家，与冯正虎先生一起捍卫中国公民回国回家的自由权利。
为此，我们呼吁所有希望上海当局和中国政府尊重宪法、保障人权的人士团结起来，声援冯正虎先生，要求上海当局立即允许冯正虎先生回国。

Supporting Chinese Citizen Mr. Zhenghu Feng’s Right to Return China from Japan
As widely reported by media in Japan, Chinese citizen Mr. Zhenghu Feng has been refused to return to his home in Shanghai from Japan for three times, without any official reason and against the law. We strongly condemn this groundless, shameful and unjust way. We firmly support Mr. Feng Zhenghu in his withstanding legally.
Mr. Feng Zhenghu is a Chinese citizen. He has a Chinese passport and ID-card of China. April of this year he came to Japan for a short stay. He is an academician and scholar, a person who studied in Japan and returning back to China. He has the right to go back to his motherland. China is the homeland of all Chinese. Shanghai is the hometown of all Shanghai citizens. For Chinese people, to go home is at the same time the will of god. To secure this is also a question of the basic human right according to the International human rights convention and according to the Chinese law.
Mr. Feng Zhenghu is a famous defender of human-right in China and the co-signer of 08-Charter. Politically he never expresses any words or does anything to overthrow the communist party and his government. He always behaves in conformity with law. Why the Shanghai Government bans Mr. Feng Zhenghu, they handle against law and against common sense of humanity? This is only because Mr. Feng Zhenghu is helping shanghai citizens to secure their right as citizen etc. To the law, and thus, he is fighting firmly against the illegal cases and behaviours of Shanghai Government
All the activities defending the human right of Mr.Feng Zhenghu have largely angered these Shanghai powerful aristocrats. They put Mr. Feng Zhenghu under the high pressure, in order to refuse dealing with the legal demands and complaints of Mr. Feng Zhenghu. They threaten him, tempt, disturb his normal life, put him in the home-arrest, they follow him all day long and even they kidnapped him. Now they escalate and ban him out of the border. This kind of machinations are illegal and unjust, it is not tolerable at all. We again strongly condemn the illegal way of Shanghai Government is doing.
A injure to one is injure to all. If a citizen can not go back to his homeland, it is a shame on China. Moreover, all Chinese, wherever they are, in China or abroad, they feel sad about it. For them, there is also a risk, once they go abroad. China is the homeland of all Chinese and China belongs to all Chinese. How we can bear that few persons on the position of power misusing their right in order to scare away the innocent people. This case caused the big angry of all Chinese people and has been criticized by international society. Everyone is caring now about what happens with Mr. Feng Zhenghu. It is a case, which could happen to every Chinese.
Mr. Feng Zhenghu is fighting against this persecution and is trying hard to defend the free right of a citizen to go back to his motherland. He is right now insisting on flying weekly via international airlines to Shanghai. This requires not only the courage and personal energy but also financial source. We appeal to all good people to support Mr. Feng Zhenghu with all means. Let’s do something particular helping Mr. Feng Zhenghu for his trip to Shanghai. And, let’s join the action of defending the freedom of Chinese citizen going home, together with Mr. Feng Zhenghu.
We also appeal to all people united who wants that the Chinese Government and Shanghai Government should act in conformity with law, secure the human right. Please actively support Mr.Feng Zhenghu and demand that Shanghai Government should allow Mr. Feng Zhenghu to go back home immediately.

馮正虎氏の帰国帰郷を支援しよう
中国国民の馮正虎さんは、この間上海市当局より数次にわたって公然と憲法に違反し、不当に入国を拒絶されるという迫害を受けています。私たちは上海市当局のこのような非常識、破廉恥、違法な行為を厳しく非難し、馮正虎さんのこの正当かつ適法な闘いを断固支持します。
馮正虎さんは中国国民であり上海市民であり、中華人民共和国のパスポートと国内の身分証明書を持って今年4月に日本に来て、一時滞在しています。彼は一介の学者であり、また日本に留学して帰国した起業家です。犯罪者でもなければ、テロリストでもなく、彼には自分の国に帰る権利があります。中国は中国国民の国家であり、上海は上海市民の故郷です。帰国帰郷は中国人としての当然の理であり、国際人権規約、中国の憲法・法律が保障する基本的人権です。
馮正虎さんは著名な中国の人権活動家で、08憲章の署名者です。政治的には中共政権転覆の言行はなく、むしろ中国の憲法・法律を堅く守ります。それなのに、上海市当局はなぜこのように法律と道義を顧みず、馮正虎さんが自分の祖国に帰ることを拒絶するのでしょうか？原因は非常に簡単です。それは馮正虎さんが長年にわたって他の上海市民が法に基づいて自身の合法的権利を守ることを助け、上海地方政府の違法な権利侵害行為に毅然と反対してきたからです。
馮正虎さんの人権擁護の活動が上海の有力者の気に障ったため、上海市当局は馮正虎さんの正当かつ適法な要求に対して誤った高圧的政策をとることとなりました。そして、馮正虎さんに対して脅迫、買収、嫌がらせ、軟禁、尾行、さらには誘拐まで行い、それが今日の帰国拒否に発展したのです。これらの行為は完全に憲法と法律の尊厳を踏みにじるものであり、全く非常識です。私たちは上海市当局のこのような不法行為を厳しく非難します。
一人の国民が帰国帰郷できないということは、中国の恥です。これを知って在外中国人や国内の国民はみな背筋が寒くなりました。出国後勝手に帰国帰郷を禁じるということは、全ての中国国民に対する脅迫です。中国はすべての中国人の家であり、みんなのものなのに、なんで数人の有力者による侵奪を容認することができましょう。それゆえ今回の事件はすべての中国人の怒りを招き、国際社会の譴責を受けているのです。多くの方が馮正虎さんの境遇に関心を寄せています。これは全ての中国人が遭遇するかもしれない事態なのです。
馮正虎さんは上海市当局の迫害に抵抗し、国家と憲法の尊厳を擁護し、中国国民の帰国帰郷の自由の権利を守るために、毎週飛行機に乗って帰国し、通関入国するためにたゆまぬ努力を続けています。馮正虎さんの帰国行動は勇気と体力がいるばかりでなく、なお一層財力による支援が必要です。馮正虎さんを経済的に支援するために、私たちは各界の人々に惜しみない寄付により馮正虎さんを支援することを呼びかけます。実際の行動で馮正虎さんの帰国帰郷を支援し、馮正虎さんとともに中国国民の帰国帰郷の自由の権利を守りましょう。
